Course content, duration, lectures, assignments, instructors, tools, and learning activities may vary between programs and may be updated from time to time.
To enroll in a ZAPTA course, you must:

ZAPTA aims to provide practical, industry-relevant education through structured lectures, assignments, projects, exercises, and instructor guidance.

For example, the Web Design and Development program currently covers areas including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, APIs, front-end frameworks, back-end development, databases, Git, and portfolio development.
The UI/UX Design program includes topics such as user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, usability testing, Figma, portfolio development, and UI development.
ZAPTA may modify, update, replace, or rearrange course content where necessary to improve the learning experience or reflect changes in technology and industry practices.
Course schedules, lecture dates, session timings, instructors, and learning formats may be changed when necessary.
ZAPTA will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes to enrolled students through available communication channels.
Students are responsible for checking course-related announcements, emails, notifications, and other communications provided by ZAPTA.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions and actively participate in course activities.
Students may be required to complete assignments, practical exercises, projects, or other course requirements.
Failure to attend sessions or complete required coursework may affect a student’s learning progress and eligibility for course completion or certification.
Any specific attendance or completion requirements applicable to a particular course will be communicated to students.
Students are responsible for completing their own assignments, tasks, projects, and other required coursework.
Students must not:
Submit work created entirely by another person as their own.
Copy another student’s work without permission.
Misrepresent another person’s work as their own.
Use unauthorized assistance in assessments or other activities where independent work is required.
ZAPTA may review submitted work to determine whether course requirements have been fulfilled.
Where feedback is provided by instructors, students are encouraged to use that feedback to improve their work and learning outcomes.
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior when interacting with:

Tutors
Staff
Other students
Visitors
ZAPTA representatives
Students must not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, disruption of classes, or any other conduct that interferes with the learning environment.
ZAPTA may take appropriate action where student conduct violates these Terms or negatively affects other students, instructors, staff, or the learning environment.

are provided for educational purposes and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless ZAPTA provides written permission, students may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly publish, commercially exploit, or share ZAPTA’s proprietary course materials with third parties.
Students may use course materials for their own personal educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Students may create projects as part of their learning experience.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, students retain ownership of original work they independently create, subject to any third-party intellectual property rights and the terms applicable to third-party tools, assets, software, fonts, images, or other resources used in the project.
Students are responsible for ensuring that any third-party material used in their projects is properly licensed or otherwise legally permitted for use.
ZAPTA may request permission to showcase student work for educational, promotional, or portfolio purposes. Such use should be subject to the student’s applicable consent or any separate agreement provided by ZAPTA.
ZAPTA courses may involve third-party software, platforms, tools, websites, or services.
Examples may include design, development, collaboration, communication, hosting, or other technology platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ZAPTA is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Students are responsible for complying with the applicable terms and licenses of any third-party tools they use.
Where a course requires payment, applicable course fees and payment terms will be communicated to the student before or during enrollment.
Students are responsible for paying applicable fees within the specified timeframe.
Any applicable discounts, payment plans, deposits, refunds, cancellations, or other financial arrangements will be subject to the specific terms communicated by ZAPTA for the relevant course or enrollment.
Where a separate written fee or refund policy applies, that policy will govern the relevant payment or refund matter.
Any refund or cancellation rights will depend on the applicable course-specific policy communicated by ZAPTA at the time of enrollment.
Students who wish to withdraw from a course should contact ZAPTA as soon as possible.
Where applicable, ZAPTA may consider requests for cancellation, transfer, deferral, or refund according to the relevant course policy.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
ZAPTA may issue a certificate to students who successfully complete the applicable course requirements.
Certification requirements may include, where applicable:
Attendance or participation
Completion of assignments
Completion of required projects
Completion of assessments
Meeting other course-specific requirements
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, internship placement, freelance work, admission to another institution, or any particular professional outcome.
ZAPTA may provide students with career guidance, portfolio advice, job-search guidance, or other professional development support.
Such guidance is provided for educational and informational purposes.
ZAPTA does not guarantee that completion of a course will result in employment, a particular salary, freelance opportunities, clients, or other professional outcomes.
When using the ZAPTA website, you agree not to:
